Construction on Lake Buena Vista Dr....what doing?

Anyone know what Disney is doing/building on Lake Buena Vista Dr? There are pylons & lots of digging/moving dirt going on.

I assume you mean Buena Vista Dr. There is still much going on in the Disney Springs area (formerly Downtown Disney) for the significant redo that has been going on there for some years now; do you mean some other area?

We saw a lot of the solar panels but didn't know the pylons were part of it too. Thank you!
