Construction Bonnet Creek Dr

At the end of Bonnet Creek near the entrance of Fort Wilderness there is a lot of construction.... does anyone know what is going in there? At first i thought it was a new road but now i'm not sure. The bus driver said it was new DVC but i highly doubt that it is because no one has posted that yet!!!

Don't think it's a DVC. Might just be that new outsider deluxe hotel, golf, shopping complex that they were talking about. All NON-Disney.

That is the site of what was to be the "Eagle Pines" DVC resort - bu is now home to the Four Seasons Resort complex which will include fractional ownership villas as well as private homes built around the golf course.

Construction had started on the infrastructure for the resort when DVC swtiched gears and announced SSR - so plans for Eagle Pines were put on hold and then apparently scrapped and revived as a private company was brought in to build and operate the project.
