This will be our first visit as a family, and we are wondering if anyone can tell us exactly what benefits there would be in getting a consierge room. We are very ignorant about this, and even if we don't do this on this vacation, we'd possibly consider doing this in the future. Please forward your thoughts!

There have been many negative reports lately about the concierge services, especially at the Grand Floridian. No matter where you are planning to stay I would do a search or just look back through the threads on this board for the last few weeks and you may change your mind about a concierge stay. I know that I was thinking about changing our ressies to a concierge level,staying at CR, but after reading the problems that some people experienced ,I changed my mind. Will save the money I would have given for the concierge and spend it on something else at DW. Whatever you decide, enjoy yourself and have fun
