My husband and I have always stayed onsite, but this time we are considering staying offsite with some family members, but not until fall of 2012.

I've been looking at vrbo.com and have found some properties that look amazing. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of when I should start booking. We usually don't book until 6 months - 1yr out, but did not know if it was different when booking offsite.

Thanks for your help!

to get one of the great bargins would book early.

that say - would also check to make sure the house is not in foreclosure or short sale.

Would they still be on that site if they are in foreclosure? If so, how would I check to ensure that they are not?

Thanks!

Some really nice (and big) condo's to rent weeks from at the various timeshare places. We used to stay off sight at Westgate properties and would buy weeks off the resale markets. Never had an issue and the properties are really nice and close to the parks.
