Connections Voucher-New Years Eve?

we have reservations at Cinderella Royal Table on New Years eve for lunch and plan on using the Vacation Kingdom Luch vouchers from connections.

Any idea if I can use them since this is a holdiay?

nothing is stated on my vouchers saying that i can't use on a holiday- if its a lunch voucher there should be no problem using it for lunch!
