Connections, Not Available in My Area?

I just tried to sign up, it said not available in my area, so I tried again 2 more times using my paypal debit card number, still get the same message (I'm in NY). So I check paypal and they charged me 3 times for $1.00 each. What is going on?

I was able to join dealpass, which is the same thing. I am in upstate NY. Good luck

Thanks, but I just tried them too and got the same message. Guess I could always sign up with my mom's address in Michgian. I just don't understand why they keep charging me the dollar if it's not good in my area.

that happened to me when I first tried to join. When I called thay said I needed approval...that was it then I could join????go figure?
