connecting rooms???

Hello!!!

We are traveling to DW in November with another family. We'll be staying at the All Star Movies Hotel. When we made our reservation, we requested connecting rooms....how can I be certain that they grant that request before we leave?

Should I call? Do I call the ASMH directly? How early should I call?

Unfortunately there are no guarantees on the connecting rooms unless you have children staying in the other room without and adult. You can request through CRO and if it is not a busy time more than likely your request will be granted. Have a great trip

We went last minute this weekend and my mom came over as well and when she called she asked for connecting rooms...we were placed next door but the rooms were not connecting which IMO was great as we have had connecting rooms before and all DD wanted to do was go back and forth back and forth.....

I would ask upon check in and also call and note it on your reservation.

we didnt ask for them but got them w/my aunt and uncle and cousins they put 2 and 2 together i guess and gave them to us

Even then it is not a guarentee. They will give you your deposit back if they can't give it to you, but if you actually show up and there are no connecting rooms left, there isn't anything they can do. There was recently a long thread on the resorts board where someone had this issue.
