Connecting rooms

At Disney resorts, there’s no booking category for connecting rooms. All you can do is request them. They do their best to grant the request, but there’s always the possibility that you won’t get them.

If it’s imperative that your group be together, the only way to guarantee that is to book a room/suite/villa that will hold your entire party.

This. :thumbsup2

Each room will be a separate reservation. Add "traveling with" and the other reservation number to each reservation. Don't make any other requests for your room.

Not guaranteed, but might help.

As stated by PP, unfortunately connecting rooms can only be requested, they are NEVER guaranteed, as you can imagine this is a very popular request at WDW resorts so it can be hard to get.. If they are unable to honor your request for connecting rooms they will normally try their best to at least get your rooms adjacent or within close proximity (same floor and wing).. If you absolutely require your rooms to be connecting no matter what then you would have to book a larger suite (with multiple bedrooms that come with the suite) or a DVC villa as previously suggested..
