Connecting Room Request

Am I able to choose connecting rooms during check in or do I have to call? I know you can do it when booking but I didn't at the time and would like to change it. I really don't want to have to call though if I can help it! (PITA)

It's best to call. I don't think there is a "connecting" request on online check-in.

If it's super important, I'd make that your ONLY request.

Yeah, Disney's booking system was down almost all day yesterday. I'm sure the volume of folks who were trying to do stuff yesterday that are now calling today is pretty high at the moment. Good luck.

Just wanted to mention that your "choice" of connecting rooms is only a request. You will not be guaranteed having connecting rooms no matter what people will tell you. It's a request only.

You can do this online at time of booking. I just did it about an hour ago. Click on the "amenities" before clicking review and you it will ask you Nearby or Connecting and the other reservations name and check in date.

You can't really choose connecting rooms in any manner that guarantees you will get them. You can request them, but it is only a request. And if it is vital to you, make it your only request.

You can also add "traveling with" on each reservation. So they try to get you close. But if you have minors under the age of 18, at least one person 18 or older will need to stay in each room.

Bad thing is connecting is never guaranteed.

We faxed before our trip as well and they gave us connecting rooms. I actually didn't even request connecting, just near each other.
