Connecting Friends and Family MDE Help

We are traveling with another family. I am connected on MDE to the other mom and one of the kids but not the husband or other child. What do I need to do to link us all? Or does my friend need to do something?

One of the reasons I want to link us all is so when my so uses his DAS, his friend go with him. Or is that done at Guest Services?

Does the husband have his own account? If so, you can send him a request to connect.

No matter what, though, I find it's best to call Disney IT to straighten out MDE profile issues. The system is not user-friendly. In this case, it would be best if you do this when you and the friend are together, in case the CM has to get any permissions from one or the other of you. 407-939-4357

Thank you. He does not have his own account. We are getting together next weekend to talk through all the final details so we can look into it!

For the DAS it will need to be done at Guest Relations when you are there.

Are you staying on separate reservations at a Disney owned and operated resort? If you are, you can try to connect with the others by using their room reservation number (sample screen below).
