Connect theough SFO or LAX for covid test first?

Can anyone tell me would it be better to connect in SFO or LAX to get the walgreens test? We'd be traveling from Kuala Lumpur to get it then back to HI. Any advice is appreciated!

LAX has a testing site which returns results in 3-5 hours. So perhaps you can land, test, overnight (or day room) at a hotel, and then continue onto Hawaii. All depends on their hours and flights available to you. Best of luck!

Unless you are staying in LA or SF for a few nights Walgreens probably isn't the best option and using testing inside airport would be a better idea like mentioned above. Enjoy your trip!

Both airports have rapid tests in the airport. I would stay one night in the city just to be safe.
