I haven't listened to the podcast yet, but I'm just curious if I was the 1st from the podsquad to inquire about this possibility? I called in a voicemail back in the 1st week of June asking if Julie was expecting because of something that was said on the show. It was when Kevin and John brought that fruit dessert (fruit covered in Raid) back from Restaurant Marrakesh for the crew to smell it and John said, "I don't think Julie should smell it because she could get sick" Anyone else pick up on that too?

They mentioned someone on the podcast that sent in a voicemail (can't remember the name though) maybe that was you! They had that person pick a number so you should listen in and see if that was you!

Delighted to hear your awesome news. It would be so wonderful if Pete and the rest of the gang could be there with all of the "toys" to record and share your delivery room experience with all of your adoring fans out here....give "Live" podcast a whole new meaning! laughing: I'm kidding!)

As a side note we're taking our baby daughter (will be 4 months old when we sail) on a cruise in September. I'll be sure to share how things go and tips to help ya'll on the Podcast Cruise. No doubt you won't be hurting for babysitters!

Congratulations Corey & Julie!

Baby Martin is going to be the luckiest baby around. Just think of all the fun baby is going to have and all the awesome "uncles" (Pete, Walter, John, Kevin, Will) not to mention the official aunts and uncles back home in Louisiana.

This baby will never be in need of anything and will never have to eat at crummy restaurants thanks to Kevin's reviews. But, then again, now the Martins may have to eat at places like Rainforest Cafe and T-Rex. You'll go to great lengths to make a child happy and eating at crummy restaurants is part of the deal.

Congratulations to Michelle who was keen enough to pick up on that comment many moons ago!!

Is this going to be a Christmas baby?? You know, if you have that baby before 12/31, you can claim him/her on your taxes next year...

Congrats Julie & Corey!! I'm about 3 podcasts behind, and I HAVE to hear them in order. But when I saw this thread, I had to run and listen to the first 25+ min of this week's podcast to hear the news myself. So happy for you guys!

I know we didn't mention this on the podcast, but we found out that Julie was pregnant 3 days after Bob passed. As you can imagine, it was a week of very mixed emotions for us.

Sometimes that saying "the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away" is very apropos. I remember my parents saying that to me the year my sister was born, and my grandfather passed away.
