15 years with Disney!!! DH and I have known him from the start, what a wonderful person he is! If you visit Stormalong Bay or do any activities at the Yacht & Beach Club say hello to Raouf - he will do all he can to make your vacation fun!!! Your kids will love him!

Congrats to Raouf!!! We don't travel with kids, just Dh & I, but we stay ay YC every trip. I always look for Raouf on our pool days. I love hanging around that area, watching him interact with the kids. He really makes things so much fun for everyone. Another "hidden gem" at Disney!!!

My family stayed at the YC last week for a few days & my kids adored him! I love that he knows the names of all the kids that stay & play every day & remembers them each day. I spoke w/ his boss to tell him just how amazing I thought he was & how my kids had just as much fun with him at the pool, if not more, than at the parks! We spent our 1st few days at AKL, and although the rec. team there was ok, there was no comparison to Raouf!!
