I am happy for everyone about to take their trips but so sad mine is over. Just returned last night and have to say eveytime I leave disney I have tears in my eyes. I feel like everyone in my party was ready to leave but me. I miss it already. The bad thing is I may not get to go back for a couple of years. :guilty:

I know what you mean...I literally feel depressed when I get home after a trip to Disney! I don't know what it is....I guess I just wish life could be that "magical" all the time!!! ;)

I also know that feeling! Heck, i'm sooooooooo excited to go, but now that i'm so close, i'm thinking 2 weeks from now, it'll all be over til next time!

I know where you are coming from! We came home on Saturday after a week at WDW, staying at POP. I was really sad leaving MK for the last time! Last time we went to DL, I cried like a baby when we left! Maybe it was thought of going back to work :confused3 So, now I am on the DIS trying to get my fix and figure out how I can start planning my next trip. :wizard:

To everyone going have a great trip! :)

Sorry your vacation is over. :sad2: Did you take tons of pictures? You could always scrapbook your vacation, remembering all the fun times you all had. I know it's not the same thing as being there, but it will still keep you in the Disney Mode. And who knows, maybe you will be back very soon. :thumbsup2

POP was great we had a room very close to the cafeteria and bus stops so there was little walking back and forth. We stayed in all star sports last year and have to say that POP was much less noisy and better in my opinion.

I know how you feel, I feel the same way when a trip is over. I spend so much time planning and having fun figuring every thing out, then the time is here and then, bam, it's over. Our trip is almost here and I'm already dreading it being over! :sad2:

We have 30 days to go until we leave for WDW. I have been OBSESSED with planning this trip (our first as a family!), and I am already worried about the let down when we get back! What am I going to do with no vacation to plan?! I might actually have to do housework! :rotfl2: I do plan on scrapbooking our vacation. I am not an avid scrapbooker, but I have done a vacation book in the past--I work slowly so it takes me forever! I guess that will hold me over until we go back again--most likely, in a couple of years!

The last time we went (2004) i thought ok, I've had my Disney fix and this time I got to stay for a whole. But once I got home it began to set in, and then my girl friend suggested a cruise and of course I thought - Disney cuirse, so the excitement started to build. That was one year ago and now we are on a count down. The other part is that my friend and her family are not going.

I know how you feel. I live out west, so WDW is a rare trip for me. I really did not want to come back to work. Oh well, I did take lots of pictures and am strongly considering going to Disneyland one more time for the Happiest Homecoming on Earth. Maybe I'll even get an annual pass.

I am so sorry you're sad...the DH and I have an older Chocolate Lab who suffers when he and I are both gone, if not for her, I'd always leave WDW under protest, LOUD protest! In fact a temper tantrum comes to mind! The DH and I gave our DD and DSL a trip, they just got back, and I think I said everyday, "oh no, they only have X number of days left!" Hang in there, maybe you'll get back sooner than you anticipate. Good luck.

The only way to overcome the "Disney Depression" is to start planning the next trip to Disney! :tigger:

I'm sorry you feel sad. I know exactly how you feel. I have always found the best way to get over the post-vacation blues is to start planning the next one.
