Confusing myself

I am confusing myself as to what time of the morning you can book ADRs and FP+. Is it 6am for ADR and 7am for FP or something else? Thanks in advance

It's definitely 7am for FP.
I can't comment on the ADRs because I have never booked a trip far enough in advance to make ADRs at the 180 day mark.
