We're driving down and staying offsite @ Windsor Hills Resort. I'm needing to know if we should drive to the TTC each day and then take Disney transportation or if we need to drive to each park??

I would park in the Free Parking Garage either Orange or Lime at Disney Springs

And then take the Bus ( to A.K.) or The Boardwalk ( then take free boat to H.S. & Epcot )

Completely not allowed and not possible if you want to rope drop. Disney Springs parking is only for while you are visiting Disney Springs. Also bus and boat service to the resorts from Disney Springs doesn't start until 10 or 11am anyways.

Don't try to park at disney springs. It's not meant for that and will add crazy amount of time, not even direct park access and it's not permitted. Imho you re asking for issues. Park at each park and have easier access ( be sure to take a pix of ur pking location )
Have s great visit and safe travels!

That's a great plan if you want to add extra stops and about 90-120 minutes to your day, maybe more depending on when you arrive. Since the shops don't open until 10, there is no transportation back to resorts until after that time.

There is nothing to stop you parking at the parking garages .... It is free

It is a service provided by Disney .

They have no idea of where you are or where you going to . anyway .

Take the bus to The Grand Floridian Hotel ...... ( Watch Fireworks from M.K. .view spot by Boat Dock )

Take Monorail to M.K. or go by boat & enter park

Bus to Boardwalk Hotel walk to lakeshore & boat to H.S. or Epcot.

This can be done during the day & evening time.

NOW Going for Rope Drop Time is different .....

Rather than park at the TTC, park where you plan to end your day. If that's MK, park at whatever park is closest to Windsor Hills.
There is nothing to stop you parking at the parking garages .... Common sense and a desire to make the most of one's time?

It is a service provided by Disney ...for accessing the Disney Springs venues

Considering how much you pay for tickets, the extra two hours you're wasting by parking at Disney Springs doesn't seem worth the $20 parking charge.

True, but it's certainly not an easy way to get to the parks.

So true. We were meeting a cousin at Epcot once. They had FL APs without parking and refused to pay for it. They hit property and texted me. We then waited two hours for them to get there from them-DTD. It was maddening. I would have paid the $12 or whatever it was at the time for them to park.

The time we stayed at Windsor Hills we just drove to the park we were going to first. If we went to another park then we drove there. You only have to pay the parking fee once per day. This is probably the best way to avoid wasting time waiting for buses, in most circumstances. Don't over complicate it.

Not everyone that goes to Disney Springs goes shopping there.

It is part of our family tradition to have a non Park Day & just use the Free Transports .

Sure, Disney doesn't have a huge issue with it. But, they also know what a time gobble it is to park there to head to a park. Not to mention, although Disney has offered transportation to DS from the parks, after 4pm, you'll notice that they don't offer buses from DS to the parks. Wonder why that is?? Hmmmm.
Not to mention the time you spend driving to DS, parking, then walking to the buses, waiting for a bus, then probably having to transfer to a park bus at a hotel. And the buses don't start regularly heading to the resorts until close to 10. All to avoid $20-25 parking fees. My time is worth more than that.

But, people will do what they want to do. If Disney wanted to stop it, they would make the garages have paid parking, then give a discount or free when a validated parking stub is shown. But, that's extra money for Disney to spend...all to stop a few people from parking there in order to get to the parks.

Of course nothing stops you from doing it but if people keep it up you better believe they'll add some nice little ticket booths to the parking garages at Disney Springs and start charging. Would be a weekend job tops to add that and the arms. There is a reason no buses pick up to go to the parks from Disney Springs.

I don't think it's that simple. There's no room for more than one booth per exit. Traffic waiting to exit would back up into the garages, making a big mess.
