Hi, I'm thinking about more pts. We have 300 at BWV.
Say I wanted to buy in at BC or hopefully the CR when that becomes available but I only buy the minimun # of points-60 or whatever.
If I wanted to make a reservation 11 months out at the new home resort for more days than my 60 pts allow, would member services allow me to use/borrow pts from my BWV acccount?

No, you would have to wait until the 7 month booking window to use those points. When you purchase a second resort like that, you will want to look at the number of points you would likely need for your preferred reservation. Then purchase half or a third of that number so that every two or three years you can reserve there with banking and borrowing. That is how we ended up with such a strange number of points at AKV. We did an add on there of 69 points so we could make our preferred reservation every third year.
