I Know That I Will Be Staying At Either The Pop Or The Movies. I Don't Understand The Transportation. If Staying At Pop Is The Bus Only For Pop? What Are The Routes?

There are buses from EACH resort to EACH park.

For example, when you leave the hotel to go the MK, you look for the MK bus. The bus stops will be labeled "MK" or "Epcot," etc.

When you leave the park, you look for the bus stop that says "Pop Century" or wherever you are staying.

It's not just "a" bus, it's a whole fleet of them!

Going to the parks the buses work the same for both Pop Century and All Star Movies and the bus stop area outside the resort main building looks about the same.

Going back to the resort (depending on time) the 'Movies buses may or may not also go to All Star Sports and 'Music. The bus destination sign will say so and sometimes you must wait in a diffferent queue from the other All Stars.

>>> not just "a" bus ...
Buses for each destination should come about every 20 minutes, more often if it is crowded.

It can seem confusing, can't it? I remember the first time I visited WDW..I thought I was going to end up someplace completely different than my intended destination!!
But, have no fear. You'll be fine. It makes no difference which resort you stay at. When you go to the bus area, you will find that each 'park' has it's own bus. At POP, there are even areas to wait in that are divided by parks.
So, each bus will have it's destination listed up on the top front of it, just like city buses. THen you get on, and get off at the park. When you are ready to return to your resort, you will head back to the bus area at the park and find the signage for the resort you want to go to. Often, when you are arriving at a park, the bus driver will tell you which 'numbered area' to go to to return to the resort you have just left. It's all very easy, and the signage is very good. You'll be fine and a bus route expert after about 15 minutes in WDW!!!

Like everyone's saying, it's really as easy as pie to get between any resort and any theme park. I'll try to boil it down to as few words as possible.

  • At your resort, go to the bus stop (some are labeled for specific parks, others are just bus stops for all buses).
  • Get on the bus with the target park's name on it. Each bus will go to ONLY one park (that is, a Magic Kingdom bus will NOT also make a stop at Epcot).
  • When going back to your resort, go to the bus area and look for the bus stop with your resort's name on it. The bus won't stop at any other parks on the way "home."

No routes to memorize to go between parks and resorts.
