Confused... when to go....

Yeah, I know that this question has been asked 100's of times before, but I can't find the threads anywhere. We are planning a 2011 trip to Disneyworld (our very first time), there will be me, my hubby, my son who will be 20 and my daughter who will be 4 (almost 5 when we go). We want to go during the off season, but when christmas decorations are up. I'm leaning towards the beginning of December. Any suggestions about when to go and how to plan our days.

I think the last week of nov/beginning of dec. is the perfect time to go. The Christmas decorations are amazing and the crowds are low. We were there during this time last year and the weather was even perfect!

Early December is nice, but it is not as low crowds as everyone says.I have gone almost every year in early December and try to avoid it now.Last year we went Dec 12-19th and that was slightly less crowded.On average, crowds are more lower/moderate/average.Not dead.
