Confused re Annual Passes

Update. Got the phone call yesterday evening. Fabulous CM, Layla, actually gave us money back, based on what I’d laid out for two upcoming trips, which wound up costing more than what the two Platinum new passes cost. Also redid my MDE to reflect the passes. Something I have trouble doing.
