Confused - Peter Pan Mitsubishi Bank Paper?

I came across some perfectly sealed mint letterhead with Peter Pan (In Gold Flake) with Tinker Bell. The envelopes say "Air Mail - Bank Of Tokyo-Mitsubishi" and on the side it says PAR AVION on it. Anyone ever seen this before? I heard from a Japanese Friend, that Mitsubishi gave these to people who opened up an account when Disney opened in Japan but it was only for one day. I don't know if that is true or not - if so, I pressume they would be a great collectible, but not sure.

Any info or help would be GREAT!!!!

I have requested info off of 4 other boards and no one has info on this? I know it's not the usual "pin" stuff, but this is making me really wonder what this could be. Again, is there anyone that might be able to shed some light on this?
