Confused over Mama Melrose on Fantasmic Dinner package

Looking for some help and clarification. I have a ressie for The Fantasmic Dinner package at Mama Melrose in September. Do you have a special menu you need to choose from? I read somewhere that an appetizer is included, but is that in place of dessert?

You can choose any app and entree. The dessert will be a sampler for the table. I'm not sure if they change it due to dietary restrictions.

WE booked it just for the cheese plate we had two years ago. I don't see it on the menu, but I know we will find someting we like

Just like PP, we are doing the F! dining package at Mama Melrose. I think it's the best use of a dining plan credit because of the appetizer, entree, and dessert platter. I can't wait.

WE have a group with us this trip, and I booked the early time, somewhere aroind 1 PM. It iAugust, adn we generally stop for lunch anyway, so we decided that we would have our big meal early, cool off in MM and relax. We usually never stop for a TS meal during the day, but figured that in AUgust, a respite from teh heat would be a good thing....and we could snack that night at teh show!
