We are going to Disney the full week of March 27, 2010 (wouldn't normally go this time of year but dd is in softball tournament at WWS), coming home the day before Easter and staying off site at our timeshare at Orange Lake Country Club. I just tried to book Ohana and cannot. When can I begin to book. I am very confused :confused3 Thanks so much!

As of today, Disney only books ADRs 90 days out. Starting on October 27, however, they are going to 180 days and you should be able to book ADRs for your entire stay beginning on that date. I expect that there will be a huge rush to book on that date, however, so be prepared for long wait times and problems with the online system while the volume is high.

Thank you very much. My mother is going with my sister a couple of weeks before me and I couldn't understand why she keeps telling me she is getting up at 3 am to begin booking on whatever date she was saying (now thinking October 27). I think it will probably be easier if I call. Thank you VERY much!

I would dare say at some point the system will crash (or just get really bogged down) and everyone will start calling on the 27th. Expect delays either way.

You figure some people will be booking online up to 4 hours before the call lines go up at 7:00 am and by then, they will flood the switchboard if the online system doesn't work.....

Your 90 day mark would have been 12/27, which is after October 27. However, you can't be on a straight 180 day booking window, because your 180 day mark was in September. You can therefore make all your reservations on October 27. Keep in mind that anyone who wants to make a restaurant reservation up to April 26 is going to be able to make reservations on October 27, so it's going to be extremely busy both online and by phone, and the popular restaurants (Ohana is very popular) will no doubt go early.

Thank you all very much.
Although we are gion with our children who are 15 and 11, we go often and we don't have any must do restaurants any longer, although I still like to go to Chef Mickeys but I am in the minority on that one :rolleyes1
Thinking of doing a monorail resort for dinner for our first night so we can take a quick ride around.
Do most/all restaurants open for dinner at 5 pm. I will be going at an extremely busy time and want the first ADRs given for dinner (yes, I know in a perfect world :rotfl: )
Thanks.
