I am considering booking the GCH on Nov 10 - Nov 15. I priced a theme park view with and without tickets. The price is a big difference

2817 with 3 day pass
2125 without tickets

am I looking at it wrong on the disney site?

Going through for hotel only, I got the same price for the resort view room. Put in only one person.

1 person, theme park (interesting that they call it "theme park view" for the package, but "resort/pool view" for hotel only) view, same days...2644.

2 people: 2817.

Difference, 692, as you know. :)

If you click on "Package" on the disneyland.com page showing the hotel and ticket, you'll see it's a full package. It's not just hotel room and tickets.

An adult 3 day hopper, bought ahead of time through disneyland.com, is 169.

Only you can decide if a package deal is worth that extra money!

Looks like in this case, the prepurchase price through disneyland is the same as through GAT. And the MMs don't matter, b/c the OP is staying onsite. :)

OH, regarding the prepurchase price...when we bought our Costco Travel package last year, the value of our tickets was exactly the prepurchase price of those hoppers. Since Costco goes through WDTC, I assume it's the same, so really it's just the fact that it's package vs hotel that's making it so high, not the tickets.
