Confused:Magical Express and Magic Bands

Not sure so I'm going to ask a few questions to those in the know.

Am I correct that you can use your magic band for check-in to Magic Express? Do you have to do something on your end to make this work? I would think you trigger this with My Disney Experience? Anyway, could you guide me through that process?

Will you get ME vouchers no matter what?

You need to make a reservation for DME it doesn't happen automatically so if you haven't already call back or make the reservation online at:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation/

About a month prior to your trip you will get a voucher and your luggage tags (one each). When you arrive at MCO you can use either the voucher or your magic band to check in and board the bus.

ME sends you a letter confirming your reservation. You can use either that letter or your magic bands to check in to ME. Your ME reservation is linked to your resort reservation number, which is also registered in your MDE account. It works seamlessly as long as you have made a reservation with ME prior to leaving home.

Yep. Even if you forget everything (or can't find it), they can look you up.

If you are traveling internationally you do not get your MB until check in. They sent your DME luggage tags and voucher with bar code. Used the voucher to board the bus.

If you did not get vouchers or a working Magic Band then new vouchers will be issued at the welcoming area desk.

Bring other written or printed record of your DME reservation just in case the welcoming CM can't find his information.
