Here is the problem. I have 5 GAD vouchers= I can only use Fastpass options from GAD on a multi-Day pass.

I am planning on using the GAD voucher for 3 passes (I will pay for the 2 youngest kids) and use the remaining 2 vouchers for Fast Pass Options.

If I get my one day passes with vouchers can I upgrade immediately to my multi-day passes? I have to have he multi-day in order to get fast pass options.
Do I need to go to 3 different places to get this done? I am confused

thanks!

I actually don't think you'll have as big a problem as you think.

Only the person named on the voucher can redeem it. If you are redeeming three vouchers for the 1-day Fastpasses, then they are already used up and that doesn't matter for the rest of it. A person can only have one voucher in their name.

For the remaining two, then THAT person must already HAVE a ticket (since they are not redeeming the voucher for a ticket), and I would guess they'd already have a multi-day ticket at that point. Then THEY can opt for the Fastpass option, which gets EACH member of the party a Fastpass Exchange Card (up to 6 people total advertised). Not everyone has to have a multi-day ticket to get the cards, they must only have A ticket to enter the park that day. Only the person named on the voucher needs to have a multi-day ticket.

OK, s so.. I think the thing to do is get the multi day passes right away for the 2 youngest and use one FP voucher for one of them.

Thanks

Now... how much time should I allow myself and where do I get teh FastPasses compared to the park tickets.

Park tickets can be obtained at any ticket booth. The Fastpasses are at the one specifically labeled Will Call. You can probably do both at the same location, but to minimize confusion (on the CM's part :) ) I'd do them separately. You could even get the tickets in advance, and possibly at a discount if you go through undercovertourist or the like.

How long depends on the CM, but you are doing a lot with 5 vouchers. Possibly 15 minutes combined at the booths - someone who has been through the procedure may know better.

You will still need to upgrade your GAD passes though, but you can do that ANYTIME after you have used them, when it is convenient for you, before you need to use them a second time.

I wouldn't use both vouchers for Fastpasses on the same day though. You will each get a Fastpass card to use...save the second voucher for a second day/park.

Thank You !!
I plan to use one voucher at MK and one fanother day at Epcot. It was just that I was not planning on upgrading to a multi-day immediately upon entering .

I think I figured it all out and am grateful for your help!!!!
Thank You

The voucher I printed up yesterday actually says to redeem for a park ticket at the will call window....you may be able to do it at any window, but just in case you can't, maybe head straight to the will call so you don't wait in a long line just to be sent there anyway?
I think they have to verify your ID and then also look up the voucher in the system - could be that they don't want to hold up the regular line with all that. I printed up an extra set of vouchers as keepsakes..I imagine an unscrupulous person could try to redeem more than one of them if Disney let you just hand them in at a window and get a ticket.

The tickets you get with your voucher can be upgraded any time during your stay (I think up to 14 days)....but for the kids, you'll have to have a multi day pass in hand for them when you go to redeem their vouchers for FP's...

I meant to say that GENERAL ticket purchases (i.e. for the kids) can be done at any ticket window. ALL GAD transactions are to be done at the Will Call window.

How many FP do you get for each member of your party for each GAD voucher? Can you use them on any ride.....say TSM for each FP per person?

See the link in my signature for the complete details, but the basics are that the rides are divided into two groups: Donald (the most popular) and Daisy (the rest). You get X (which can vary, but so far appears to be 3) FPs per card for Donald rides, and X for Daisy rides. You can use those X "credits" in any way you choose among the rides in that group - 3 TSM rides, or 1 TSM and two RNRC, or whatever.

You get one card per person in your group (up to an advertised maximum of 6, although some have gotten more) for one GAD voucher redeemed.
