Confused by room block discounts!

I'm confused... any help would be much appreciated!

I thought that the AKL received a 30% discount on your room block.

The rack rate for a savannah view on the WDW website comes up as $305. A 30% discount off of $305 is $213.50. I thought that would be approximately the price on my room block, but it lists the room rate for a savannah view at $259 + 12.5% tax.

Are there fees and/or taxes in there I don't know about? Or is the discount just not that simple?

I think the rate for AKL is 15% not 30%. I think the only resorts that receive the 30% are the ones with convention centers, ie. Boardwalk, Yacht and Beach. Grand Floridian, and Contemporary. That would explain the difference. Is there a break down in your contract?

Thanks Skylarr29! That makes sense in the math. I thought it was only the Poly that got 15%.
