I signed up for the card through Turner Travel on Mousesavers. I am just not getting this whole difference between the Aisle and Reserve thing. Right now I am booked for an intermediate. I am hoping for an upgrade to a mini van. What is the best way to go about this?

Okay I just read my reservation again. I am Emerald Aisle service. I have an intermediate booked. Does this mean that I have a shot for a minivan?

Yes.

Emerald Isle - you will get an intermidiate as a minimum

Emerald reserve means you will go to the isle that your reservation is for. Full size - go to full size isle. vans - go to the van isle, etc.

I agree with DebbieB, if you need a minivan you need to book a minivan. In my last 8 trips, from 2004-2005, I have only seen one minivan and that was just last month and it was not on Emerald Aisle, but Executive Aisle. Yes there have been posts of folks spotting them on Emerald Aisle, but that is now rare. I believe you can book a minivan using Emerald Reserve. Which means you bypass Emerald Aisle and go straight to the minivan area and select from there. If you're Emerald Aisle you can ONLY choose from the selection in Emerald Aisle or the intermediate aisle if they direct you there.
