Confused about transportation betwen Epcot and MK

I will need to get from Epcot to MK. I have read take the ferry or monrail to the TTC and then to take something from there. Where exactly is the TTC ? Take me through step by step and explain. How long will this take to get from Epcot to MK ?
I may also go from Epcot to HS but we dont want to walk. I have read that you can walk between the two. I know these answers are on the dis board some where but its a bit confusing for me sorry I have never park hopped. Thanks for any info

TTC is the Magic Kingdom parking lot. If leaving MK, take the express monorail or ferry boat to TTC (parking lot) and then transfer to the Epcot Monorail. Here is how you look at the monorails. There are two lines that cirlce seven seas lagoon. 1 runs counter-clockwise. That one is the Express monorail that only stops at TTC and MK. The other runs clockwise and stops at each resort. TTC-Poly-GF-MK-CR-TTC. The third monorail line runs between Epcot and TTC.

To get from Epcot to HS, the best way is to take the boat that launches from the Internation Gateway. This is a back entrance of Epcot which is located between Great Britain and France. The boat make stops at some resorts along the way, but it is a fun ride. We always get off at the boardwalk and have an ice cream cone.

You can take the Monorail from EPCOT to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) at Magic Kingdom (close to Polynesian Resort). From there you can transfer to the Resort or Express monorail to the Magic Kingdom or you can you can walk to the pier and take the boat.

As for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, you can walk between the parks by exiting World Showcase at EPCOT and passing through the EPCOT area resorts. You can also take a boat from World Showcase, although my familiarity with this and transfers as needed is very limited as I just drive from resort to resort in most cases (EPCOT is the exception for me as I like to have a few drinks and won't drive if I will be).

Hi Mary,

The TTC is the ticket and transportation center, it is located at the opposite side of the lake from the mk and is the rail head for the monorail syatem. When you leave the MK you take either the monorail or the ferry, both go directly to the TTC.

There you take the monorail to Epcot. If you took the monorail you have to change tracks/monorails, its no biggy, they are right next to eachother and well marked.

You can take the bus from Epcot to DS, just follow the bus route signs.

Epcot to MK: Head out of Epcot and go up the ramp to the monorail station. Take a departing train (there's only one track) to TTC. Once you arrive at TTC, you can either get onto the Express monorail loop or take the Ferry to get to MK.

Epcot to HS: I'm pretty sure there is a boat that you can access near the International gateway, but I've never taken it. There MIGHT be a direct bus to HS, but I'm not sure.

Time wise I stopped guessing, it seems longer then it is sometimes.

For times it alway varies, depends on if you can get on the first monorail or if it fills before you get on. Do you miss the boat and have to wait 5 minutes for the next one ect....

MK to Epcot about 30 minutes. Epcot to DHS about 30 minutes.

You're very close, the EPCOT International Gateway entrance/exit is not located behind France, I would hate for you to go there looking for it.
When walking from England toward France and before going over the bridge there is a pathway on the right (kind of like a fork in the road, and you could miss it if not looking for it, if your go over the bridge toward France you went too far.) that will lead you to the EPCOT exit. After exiting the boat dock to go to the resorts and DHS will be on your left, you can't miss it. It is approx a 1 1/4 mile walk from the Epcot IG exit to DHS entrance.

I just wanted to add that if the OP is in Future World obviously it's faster leaving from there and getting on the bus to Hollywood Studios. However if they are in World Showcase then it's faster getting to Hollywood Studios from there.

agreed... though I think that the boat for IG is a hidden gem that not that many people know about.... it can take some time, but is a relaxing, fun ride.

Yes I think I would want to take the boat just to give us some time to sit have some fun and relax. I would think it would be more relaxing then the bus.
