You can book ADRs 180 days out. At that time, you can book up to 10 days of dining for your trip.

You can book them now. You could have started to book them on March 28.

I believe 10 days prior to that if you are staying at a WDW resort.

If you are staying at a WDW, you could have called on March 28 and booked not only for Sept 24, but for the next 10 days after that as well.

Call now. Sorry to say, but you are late to the game and will probably not be able to get ADR's for the more popular places or better times. Although free dining officially ends Sept 20th, that is only the last check-in date to qualify. Therefore people who, say, checked in on the 20th and are staying a week will still be around and have already scooped up the best ADRs.
