I'm looking for possible lunch places at WS. I'm going through the list and got thoroughly confused over the restaurants in China and Japan.

In China, you have Lotus Blossom and Nine Dragons. What's the difference? :confused3

In Japan, you have:
Matsunoma
Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki
Tempura Kiku
Yakitori

What's what?

 :scared: I'm experiencing planning overload, so please help.

When are you going? Because they're renovating the Japan restaurants and are going to be renovating 9 Dragons shortly, also. Lotus Blossom Cafe is the counter service place in China. Nine Dragons is the table service place.

For Japan, they're changing the name of the restaurant there, but it used to be that Tempura Kiku was tempura & sushi, and Matsunoma Lounge was more seating area for Tempura Kiku (it used to be separate, but last time we went, it was just extra seating).

Teppanyaki is the place where they cook the food on the big grills right in front of you, and the cooks put on a show.

Yakitori House is the counter service place in Japan.

Cheers!
