Confused about PIN offer?!?!

I'm new to this whole PIN thing, so I wanted some clarification. I received a PIN last night. (I think it's called a 20/30/40 PIN?) Is that the same price the general public can get on the WDW website (under special offers)? Or is this discount different?

This is what the email said...

20% for Value resorts
30% for Moderate resorts
40% for Deluxe resorts

For stays most nights:
2/15/10–3/27/10
4/11/10–7/1/10
7/5/10–10/7/10
10/11/10–11/23/10
11/28/10–12/16/10

I did not go on the website, but the offers there are % off with specific dates...you'd have to take a look and match what you got to the codes being offered to the public. Each set of dates have different % off......

No, you lucky duck! You got the offer for the whole year! General Public can only use it until mid August. I am waiting, impatiently, for the offer you got. Enjoy!!
