Confused about how available points are being listed on our account on member website

Scenario: We have 150 points in April 2007 use year, and we bank all of them into 2008 UY. We decide, as a mater of fact, we WILL go to Disney during the 2007 UY. Can we use those points - in essence, can we BORROW during the 2007 UY points we BANKED INTO 2008?

I ask because this is a current detail on the member website that's confusing us. It reads:

Total Annual Allotment of Vacation Points : 250
Total Vacation Points Remaining: 149
Total Vacation Points Available to Bank: 115
Total Vacation Points Available to Borrow: 115

The difference is 34 points, which we recently banked into 2008. If you can bank points into the next UY and then borrow them back into the current UY, wouldn't it say we have 149 points to use borrow? I get that we couldn't bank them again, but we thought you could borrow them back?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You can't borrow back your 2007 points to use in 2007 if you've already banked them into 2008. You could borrow your 2008 points to use in 2007, though. In essence you'd be switching your two sets of points - 2007 into 2008, and 2008 into 2007. In each case, you'd have to use the points in that year. If you borrow from 2008 into 2007 you have to use those points in 2007 - no putting them back into 2008 if your plans change.

Does that make sense??
