Confused about "Ding"

I installed it on my laptop, and every few days I hear the ding, but then when I use the shortcut to go to Southwest's site - it just takes me to the home page. Should it show me something else? I'm wondering if I set it up wrong or something....

If the link is for airfare it should take you to a page with destinations and fares. If you've set up your home airport it will just be special fares from that airport. Today's DING is for Budget car rentals and when I click on it takes me to the SWA website but just displays "Error 404: Page not found", so something wrong with the link today.

Just tried mine and it was working perfectly.
