We are heading to WDW next week. I purchase the CDN at par tickets and paid to have them shipped to me. We received plastic ticket/vouchers. Are these the tickets we use or do we exchange them? They show up in MDE. Will they already be linked to our magic bands when we check in and get them? This is our first trip since 2013 so our first with Magic Bands.

Take them to ticket counter at Disney Springs or at one of the parks. Bring your passports. Show both, you'll get your tickets. Check out the thread below.

Yes they will be linked to your magic bands.
You still need to present your Canadian ID at guest services somewhere before you can use them to enter a park
-Disney Springs
Outside any of the theme parks

I did this a few weeks ago when I stayed at POP. Went to Epcot first and went to the ticket counter after heading through security. Showed them the plastic passes we had received in the mail and our passports. They redeemed it and we were good to go! Very easy process. Have fun!!

Could I get 7-day tickets with miles from Airmiles, exchange the vouchers for actual tickets when we visit in March (already bought a 1-day ticket for that super short trip) and keep those 7-day tickets to upgrade them for APs in summer 2021 (DH already agreed to do multiple trips that year for the 50th anniversary)? For the next years our Disney fix will be at Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland so we are not planning on visiting WDW until 2020 or 2021... I assume it will depend on whether they still upgrade and price bridge then...

Bump. I'd like an answer to this too. Bought mine today. Have green cards in hand.
