Confused about Bistro de Paris...please help

1. Is this a 1 TS meal?
2. Are kids allowed?...I did not see a kids menu.

I have read where it is highly rated but not sure if it qualifies for dining plan and if it does...can I bring DS9 and DS7?

Bistro is not on the dining plan and does not have a children's menu.

This is an upscale restaurant with an intimate dining room. We eat here almost every time we go to WDW and I have only ever seen one child dining here.

Bistro de Paris is not part of the Dining Plan. You can bring your children, however, there is no kids menu as it's a more adult dining experience.

Downstairs, Les Chefs de France accepts the Dining Plan and has a kids menu. It's a more kid-friendly experience.

We already have Chef De France but I saw how everyone was raving about Bistro that I thought we would give it a try.

But nevermind...we are on DP and I will just stick to Chef de France since we are on the dining plan.
