Confused about backpacks and needing lockers?

Sorry, haven't been in years but heading up for Harry Potter. I've read about lockers getting into the world. You are allowed to enter with backpacks and not use lockers, right? We have a non-rider that will watch backpack.

Can we use baby swap / chicken exit to let non rider walk thru FJ with us to see the theming? With the backpack?

Yes, you can take bags in as long as you have someone willing to hold the bags for you, and that person can wait with you in line and then exit before you get on.

The Team Members will see you however and ask you to put your stuff in a locker, just tell them that someone will hold them and not ride, and they'll be fine with it.
