Confused about 5 pm closure at AK during our stay

I thought they were staying open later and that there now some night time attractions yet it says they close at 5 almost every day of my upcoming stay (12/12 to 12/24)

I am seeing 7-7:30
12-17 7:00pm
18-24 7:30pm

I am there 12/10 -12/17 and it is open until 7pm every night for that week. Maybe you are looking at an outdated calendar as the hours were tweaked a few months ago...

Interesting! I got my times from the MDE app I downloaded on my phone. Maybe that isn't accurate??

Are you all looking at the actual website? I am guessing that would be accurate but then again I thought the app would be too.

Is your app out of date and needs to upgraded? there was a time when the app was having difficulty but they have fixed that awhile ago. Or there is a new bug. I've stopped just relying on the app or the website and I check both.

The app is current to what @outlander posted above right now on iPhone.

I used the Disney website and various other crowd calendars to update my little spreadsheet calendar. They had 7pm. I didn't consult the app, but I know with other things, it can be wrong. Oh, I also have a fastpass+ for 5:20pm so it is open longer than 5pm. So no fear for your trip. Now if they will just open up ROL.

I just checked the hours on my phone in the MDE app and your trip is either 7 or 7:30pm closing time for AK
