Conformation E-mail?

The whole system really stinks...you call and confirm the info they have on file and it is usually correct, but then after trying every combination you can think of -- the ressie comes up under old phone numbers or out-dated email addresses, etc. When you call to inquire as to why the info isn't sent correctly they just reconfirm what they have and say they don't know how to change it. Very frustrating!
 
Made room only ressies last night for CBR for 3-13-07 to 3-21-07!!!! I was told I would receive an email confirmation and I had one this morning when I when online. From what I am seeing, I must've been pretty lucky to get one.

The CM i spoke with yesterday, regarding an email i sent for our upcoming AKL stay in December, stated that the reservation system is screwy right now because they are uploading the 2008 rates. She stated they were almost done too. :)

This is obviously being done in stages and is affecting the speed of the website and some online reservation information. She said the website was down at time, but not for long. I can understand this issue being related to uploading the rates as it's not just a simple upload as you'd do on a home computer. It's much more involved as i do this type of work for a living. You load something onto a global database, and somehow, something else seems to be negatively affected by it and then you begin trying to solve numerous problems created by such a mundane issue. Oh well, at least the '08 rates will be out soon.:)
 
Recently, I booked two different rooms and they gave me two different confirmation numbers. One was sent to my email, which I rec'ed, but the one going to my husband's email was not rec'ed. I called and a CM told me that my husband's email was listed on their do not call/email list. I don't know how that happened, but the CM changed it and we rec'ed the email confirmation instantly.
 

I booked a stay this week and got a conformation mumber.
The lady who helpt me with the booking told me I would get a conformation E-mail.
No E-mail recieved.

Yesterday I called to check if the booking was oké but still did not get an e-mail.
Shoud I worry?

When I made my reservation in June, I got the email confirmation within 24 hours. When I called back and changed it to use the September code, I got the new emails within 24 hours. I guess I got lucky :confused:
 
Previously, I've never gotten an e-mail from Disney - only the letter in the mail when I originally booked, made changes, made payments, or paid off my trip.

HOWEVER, I received an e-mail with a link for my reservation confirmation the day I paid off my trip this year. It said, "If you have trouble pulling up the reservation with the provided link, and would like us to Mail you a hard copy of the confirmation, please call (407) 828-8101 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time."

I would call.

I have only gotten one confirmation email for our September trip. I've made 5 payments online to completely payoff the trip, and never even got one about the final payment. I can see the payments online, but still never got the emails. I'd call them if I were you. They don't seem to be very good about sending out the emails.
