Conflicting refurbishment schedules

The DIS and allears (along with several other Disney sites/blogs) are reporting that the MK Riverboat will be closed for refurbishment next year (1/8-6/28). It's not on Touring Plans' refurb list, and it's also not showing as closed for refurb on Disney's park hours page. I know that some refurbs (like the two Splash refurbs) are reported and discussed here before they are confirmed by Disney. Given these facts, do you think Riverboat will in fact be closed next year? I'm REALLY hoping it's open for our trip in February. Thanks!!

That's what I was afraid of. My two DS and I really want to try the WDW47 challenge (ride all 47 attractions in one day), but stupid Riverboat being closed will foil our plans.
