So my FP day is this Friday, Apr 12th. I thought I had it narrowed down, but keep second guessing. Here is what I was thinking, but I’m open to other options. Main concern is keeping FP times early, so I can hopefully be successful with the Refresh method. We have a party 7, 2 adults and kiddos 21,19,17,14 and 10.

60 Arrival at FW and Disney Springs

60+1 Epcot (Not sure what to FP here) kids love TT and Soarin, but also FEA.

60+2 HS although no morning FP show available for SD. So likely FP TSMM, ToT, and RnR. Then try and get ToT again with refresh. Can save SD for 2nd HS day. Would you suggest RD AS?

60+3 As of now, Down day.

60+4 MK we plan to grab SDMT, SM and BTM. Thinking of RD PP.

60+5 AK hoping to FP FOP, EE, and KS. RD possibly Navi or Dinosaur.

60+6 HS hoping for SD, ToT and RnR. Then possibly RD ST this day. Leave Hs at noon and hit MK where I hope to grab a couple more FP.

I’d there anything you would switch? Do different?

Looks pretty good to me. Start with day 6, then day 5, then go to day 2 and see what is available.

As for EP, you'll get varying opinions, but my choice would be FP+ for TT unless you're okay with single rider line. One of you will have to ride alone anyway since you can only get 6 in the car. If you do TT for FP+, don't do any earlier than 9:15. You can then rope drop either Soarin or FEA and then do the other one before the FP time runs out. If you decide to do TT single rider, then FP FEA, do Soarin first thing, then decide if you have time for TT single rider before doing the FEA FP.

EPCOT was my 60+2 day....I chose to do TT. That's the ride that goes down the most, so at least if it does, my FP will become an anytime FP. My TT time is for 9:40. My son and I are going to rope drop Frozen then go meet Anna & Elsa and then go do our TT FP. We will then head over to Soarin' and do that standby. I'm told at park open it usually only hits about 30 minutes. You should be good with Mine Train on your 60+4 day. I could have had morning times if I would have switched our check out Disney Springs day to a MK day. I decided not to as the day before is an EMH evening at MK and my son and I really want to try that out. I got Mine Train for 1:50 on 60+3, but was lucky to bump it to 1:25 the very next day. Looks like that's where it will stay till at least day of as there isn't a single FP left for that ride on that day....a Wednesday.

Just remember to hit your 60+6 day first as SDD is the hardest FP at the moment to get. Then do the ones for AK and fill in the rest after you've settled your big ones. Good luck!

So, HS 60+6, AK 60+5, MK 60+4 then would you do HS at 60+2 or Epcot are 60+1? Also, any experience with RD AS at HS? I wouldn’t ride and neither would my husband, we don’t do spinning rides, but my kids would like to.

We tried to RD TT our last trip and it was down. We were literally the first family there. We then high tailed it to FEA and only waited 10 mins tops. So I think your advice is right. We will FP TT and go to FEA first, then circle back to Soarin. Hopefully I can grab a FP for 9:45.

At opening, it gets to 30 min pretty quickly. With this plan, by the time you get to Soarin', it will be closer to 10:00 (with 9:00 opening), and the line could be a bit longer than 30 min. When is your TT FP+?

I would make the TT FP+ at 9:15 or 9:30. Remember you have the full hour plus a 15 min grace period after, so even if it's 9:15, you have until 10:30 to get to it. The earlier you make this one, the earlier you can make the others. As soon as you tap in to TT, you can try to make the others earlier to go with it.

TT FP is at 9:40. I don't mind a standby line on the inside. I would be trying to refresh FPs anyway so I can move them up and get the Character Meet which is a Tier 1. If the line is 45 minutes by that point, I'm okay with that. I was trying to stop from having to backtrack, that's all. :P

Are you thinking I should hit Soarin' after meeting Anna & Elsa and come back to TT. It's at 9:40 as I said, so I'd have till 10:55. It's been 4 years since I've been, help me with the time and where I'd be if I rope drop FEA, meet Anna & Elsa, standby Soarin, and FP TT. If I switched Soarin and TT you said I'd be closer to 10 by the time I reach Soarin.

Thanks! I forgot about the 15 minute window!

You got it! Do your days in just that order. As far as HS at +2 and EPCOT +1, the order shouldn't matter as the Tier 1s at EPCOT aren't hard to get, but morning times do tend to go quickly. And you've got HS on +6 already so you're good.

I can't answer about RD at HS....I haven't been in that park in 18 years. :rolleyes2  It's just not interesting to me anymore. :duck: After our visit this year, I did decide when we return in another 3 or 4 years, we will put HS back on the list because of SWGE. I do LOVE Star Wars!

I guess it's a trade off. If you do Soarin' after Anna/Elsa, you'll have a shorter wait there, but more walking back and forth. The Anna/Elsa meet could throw timing off if you happen to be there on a day when lots of little girls want to meet them. We don't do character meets, so that's a wild card for me. Maybe just hold this plan loosely and see what time it is after the meet. If it's 9:30ish, I'd go to Soarin' first and then do the TT FP+. If it's already close to 10, check the wait time at Soarin on the app. You may need to do TT first in order not to miss the FP time window.
