Now I see they have the Grinch at the breakfast. Is spiderman still there too?

From what I have read, no spiderman will not be there during the Grinch Breakfast, but the Grinch is only there for december
this is from the Grinch breakfast thread

It is being held at Confisco's. The dates are Dec. 7, 8, 9, 13-16th, 29-30th. Starts at 8a.m. through 10:30 a.m. Price is 19.95 adults and 13.95 children. Besides the Grinch they will also have Cat in the Hat,Thing 1 and 2 and the Whoos.
