Confirmation ?

I hope I posted this in the right place. How long does it usually take to get a confirmation letter in the mail? I have the number but I would feel safer with an official letter.

1 to 2 weeks, usually. Given the bad weather in much of the country, the mails may be delayed.

If you are a member, you can check the member website, it should show your reservation there.
