Confirmation Letter

I received my confirmation letter in the mail today. It shows everything I booked and the price for the package, but doesn't show the down payment I made at the time of booking. I can pull up the reservation of the WDW web site and it shows, the payment I made. Does this really matter that it doesn't show up on the confirmation letter?

That's true. My payment confirmation followed my reservation confirmation in a separate envelope.

Atleast your getting one. I have yet to get one via e-mail or regular mail. I was told today that they would send another via e-mail and that by regular mail it could take 10-14 days.

I was told I would be getting one via email and it never came. CM said it could be because of "cookies".

Anyway, I just received my snail mail confirmation. I got the rate, but I don't see a code mentioned anywhere! Anyone?

My TA still has not gotten my confirmation. I was booked & my deposit applied on Sunday. Looking at my online charges, I can see the credit card has it for the transaction date for the 29th.. I would like to say that we should have gotten something already.. She usually gets them faxed or emailed to her.. and they haven't done it yet

I had a courtesy hold (as in no deposit...yet) put up on Saturday morning and I just received the confirmation today...with the rate quoted and the discount code printed on it.

If your reservation and payment is showing up on Disney.com web site, I would print that. I was told by a CM that the reservation is comfirmed on the web. This way you have something in writing (so to speak).

I can't pull mine up on the website either. So no e-mail confirmation, nothing by mail and nothing showing up online. I guess I will just have to go by the CM's word that it's booked and everything is ok.

Yep just got it today. I was actually surprised to get one considering we haven't put any money on it. Saw your location says you're in Florida so I'm really surprised you haven't gotten yours yet. I'd have your TA call about it.

I too got the email confirmation without the code attached. I have one that was sent out via emai. It was the stitch email?


Should I be concerned? Funny last night, I went to pay room deposit. The CM said she couldn't do the transaction and she had to contact Guest Services because the reservation couldn't be modified?

Still nervous here with all this code stuff. I have an email with the code attached, surely there shouldn't be a problem?

I got mine yesterday via snail mail and it has the code listed inteh first line of the details of the package.
