I know you were not saying this, but this isn't a protest against changing morals in the 21st century. This is a sick individual. No normal person murders people because they don't like their lifestyle. This is horrible, sad, and extremely tragic event. It is also the actions of someone who was disturbed, not the actions of someone who just doesn't "get it."

I get what you're saying; I respect it. But it seems like it's more than just an isolated incident of a sick individual. However, I have no interest in subjecting this board to that discussion.

Such a horrific thing to happen.
The shooting took place in the early afternoon where I am, so I spent a lot of yesterday afternoon seeing the reports flow in before America awoke.
And while I slept, many more reports flooding through. Those of togetherness and support, and while this is obviously such a horrific tragedy, the outpouring of support and love is so strong and that's wonderful to see in light of this senseless attack.

Not to mention the murder of the poor young woman at her own concert.

It's a sad weekend for Orlando, and the world.

There is a Go Fund Me page that has been set up to support the victims of the Pulse shooting. Every dollar helps and no amount is too small. There is no charge to donate, so please consider helping these families.

Also, if you happen to live in Florida, many blood banks are now setting up appointments for donations as the walk-in traffic at OneBlood has been overwhelming and they'll need their supplies replenished. Please consider donating blood.

My PSA - if you can, donate blood wherever you may be! They may not be able to use it in Orlando, but it's always needed!

Shared with my friends - we actually are going to reach out to Florida and do a whole bunch of stuff to help. While I'm down there I'll see if I can donate blood, again if you can people save a life...as one day yours will need to be saved.

Funny how you worry about people that you've never met on a podcast that you listen to weekly. However I guess their my version of Cheers.
