I was just wondering if you all call and confirm your reservations prior to your stay? We booked our trip through a travel agent (Mouseketrips). Who would I call to confirm things? We are staying at Pop Century.
Even when I have booked through a travel agent, they sent me the Disney confirmation slip with all the information and the confirmation number. Since it is through an agency, I would contact them to get a written confirmation.

I reconfirm everything (air, ground transportation, room, etc.) 48 hours before I arrive. When confirming a hotel (Disney or non-Disney), I always ask for the front desk directly. I have received some grumbling from CM's in the past when calling the resort phone number, but in the end they put me through. I like to have all of my ducks in a row before I get there.
I went through an agency also. I found out that Disney really can't give you any information about your reservation because technically, the agent "owns" it. Ask the travel agent to send you the confirmation letter from Disney.
