Confirm no getting off ship with unvaccinated kids?

For Nassau you could get off with unvaccinated children if you were on a DCL booked Port Adventure, but could not leave on your own. Don't know the specifics for other ports, but there was a list of all of the port specific rules on the DCL website.

Your kids can only leave the ship on a Disney listed tour. You have to stay with the tour group from when you leave the ship until you return back. Once back, those vaccinated can leave. Likewise, vaccinated can go and come back when they want. If you leave your tour group, they will quarantine you for 24 hours I believe.

I assume you mean Cozumel? Regardless, this is the current rule as posted on DCL's website for any port stops:

Guests who are vaccinated and wish to disembark the ship with unvaccinated children will need to purchase a Disney Cruise Line Port Adventure.​

Whether that will change or when is anyone's guess.
