Condos in St Augustine

Anyone know of a good condo in the St Augustine area for a post-cruise stay?

I'd be careful to do a lot of research before booking. St. Augustine is one of the original Florida resort towns, so some accomodations can be very run down. They have been doing quite a bit of building in the area, but it's just something to be aware of.
