Condos around Disneyworld? Have you stayed at any of these?

We are thinking of taking a vacation in September to Disney world, to take advantage of the great military discounts/freebies. Anyway, we want to stay at a condo, but it's been 10 years since I've been to Disney so I have no clue where to stay! Any suggestions for affordable condos in the area, it'll be four adults and one child who will have just turned 2 a few weeks before that. So it also needs to be a child friendly place. If you could suggest something that you've had a positive experience with, that's not too pricey (I don't want to spend more than 350 for the week's rental b/c I can get 249 a week rentals through the armed forces travel network). Thanks in advance for any suggestions!! I appreciate it!

Dawn

Edited to add: Has anyone stayed in the following..
Villas at Fortune Place
Silver Lake Resort
Hilton Grand Vacations Club at SeaWorld International Center
Polynesian Isles Resort (we stayed here 10 years ago)
Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista
The Wyndham Palms Resort & Country Club

Hi Dawn,

I'd definitely recommend going with the AFVC (Armed Forces Vacation Club) if they have some good availability for your dates. We used them in Nov/Dec for the Hilton Grand Vacation Club near SeaWorld and had a great time. The drive to WDW was easy since the resort is right off of I-4--maybe 15-20 minutes tops. I'd highly recommend the AFVC as it was hassle free for us. We are hoping for something good to come up for our dates this year. Other resorts that come up on AFVC that may be worth looking into are Orange Lake Country Club and Silver Lake. Good luck!

I would stay away from Villas at Fortune Place. I have heard its not so great and its pretty far from the parks.

Villas at Fortune Place - not a great reputation
Silver Lake - very nice, excellent location behind Animal Kingdom, good amenities, playground & kiddie pool
HGVC - gorgeous, great for adults, has a kiddie pool
Poly Isles & Blue Tree - haven't seen
Wyndham Palms Resort - lovely, west of WDW - okay for that but rather far from Sea World & Univ, if you plan to visit those.
