Condo rental for 7?

Hello!
I have friends who are thinking of traveling to WDW in January.They are a group of 7 and can't afford to stay on property.
Any ideas of condos etc that might work for a family of 2 adults/5 kids?
Any help to point them in the right direction is appreciated!

It's too late to likely get a DVC rental, so they can try vrbo.com and it's got a ton... They can plug in parameters like number of people and what amenities they need.

Bonnet creek owners rent their units for good prices. $100 or less per night for a large 2 bedroom unit.

We rented a 3 bedroom condo in Davenport at Bahama Bay Resort through www.vrbo.com. You can get one for $100 or less per night. Very nice resort with great grounds. About 20 minutes to Disney.

There are lots in the Lindfields area of Kissimmee that are very affordable. Check VRBO. The Orlando Attractions section of the Disboards has lots of offsite information.

vacationcentralflorida has Windsor hills 3 bedroom condos that sleep 8 for $399 +cleaning and tax for a week in January. ($535.62 total) They only rent Saturday to Saturday.

We had 9+ a few times. Stayed at the SEVEN dwarfs. It was ok = not bad at all. Have fun! Take us with youuuuuuuuu...

I would recommend they look at staying in Windsor Hills through Florida Sun Vacation Homes. If they are staying 7 nights or more, they will receive a 15% discount which, in my opinion, has made the price cheaper than some who advertise on vrbo. Also, their units are extremely clean and they do not require you to do laundry (ie. towels) before you leave unlike some other vacation rental companies. We have rented through them several times, and I highly recommend them!
